Peoples Reform Group, LLC – Monitoring Division (PRGMD) is a Maryland-based Private Home Detention Monitoring Agency providing professional electronic monitoring, GPS supervision, home detention oversight, and compliance support services for courts, attorneys, supervision agencies, treatment providers, and participants throughout Maryland.
Our agency specializes in court-ordered monitoring programs designed to promote accountability, enhance public safety, and provide reliable alternatives to incarceration. We work closely with criminal defense attorneys, public defenders, judges, commissioners, probation officers, pretrial services programs, specialty courts, diversion programs, and authorized referral sources to help individuals successfully comply with court-ordered requirements while remaining active in their communities.
As a Maryland MCCS-licensed monitoring agency operating under COMAR 12.11.02, PRGMD provides GPS location monitoring, home detention supervision, curfew enforcement, inclusion and exclusion zone management, activity verification, compliance tracking, and court-formatted reporting. Our enrollment process is designed to move quickly, with referrals typically contacted within 24 hours and monitoring equipment installed within 24–48 hours of authorization.
PRGMD utilizes OM500 GPS monitoring technology to provide real-time location monitoring, geographic boundary management, curfew compliance, tamper detection, and rapid response capabilities. Our monitoring solutions help courts, attorneys, and supervising agencies maintain confidence that participants are meeting the conditions established by the court.
